Who we are

The organization responsible for your personal information (the data controller) is Canuck Santé et Sécurité inc., doing business as Canuck Health & Safety, registered with Quebec's enterprise registry under NEQ 1180828668, with its establishment located at 112, rue des Saules Ouest, Québec (Quebec) G1L 1E4. Information we collect

When you fill out the quote form or write to us, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email, phone, building type, requested service and message. This site uses no third-party analytics, advertising trackers or profiling tools.

Why we use it

• Respond to your requests and prepare your quote.
• Deliver our inspection and maintenance services.
• Manage your access to the Canuck360 client portal.
• Reach you about your equipment and deadlines.

Consent

By submitting the quote form or writing to us, you consent to our collecting and using this information for the purposes described above. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our privacy officer, subject to our legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with our own systems (including the Canuck360 portal) and the providers needed to deliver the service, never for resale or third-party advertising.

Hosting and transfer outside Quebec

Your information is hosted on the cloud infrastructure of our hosting provider (Render), on servers located in the United States. It is therefore stored and processed outside Quebec. Before this transfer, we assess the risks and make sure, through contractual means (a data processing agreement) and technical measures, that your information receives adequate protection there, in line with Law 25.

Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above and our legal obligations, then we securely destroy it.

Your rights (Law 25)

• Access the information we hold about you.
• Request corrections.
• Withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to our legal obligations.
• File a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information against loss, unauthorized access and disclosure.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics. No cookies are placed on your device for profiling or advertising.
