The fire compliance portal for property managers
Built for managers running multiple buildings: see the compliance status of every extinguisher, emergency light and fire-safety device, building by building. Reports, certificates and deficiencies in one place, anytime.
The headache, solved
Paper certificates and reports get lost or buried in an inbox.
An inspection deadline slips by and you find out too late.
Your insurer asks for proof or the city shows up, and you scramble to pull together your compliance records.
What you get
Every device's status, building by building
A dashboard per address shows which extinguishers, emergency lights and other devices are compliant, need attention, or are coming due.
Your reports and certificates as PDFs
Each inspection produces a downloadable report and certificate, ready for your insurer, your fire prevention office or your board.
Deficiency tracking
Every issue we find is logged with its description and status. You know what still needs fixing and what's already resolved.
Alerts before deadlines
Canuck360 warns you before an inspection comes due, as required by the applicable standard and regulation, so nothing gets missed.
All your buildings in one place
Manage your full portfolio from a single account, with separate access per employee and per building based on their role.

Frequently asked questions
How much does Canuck360 cost?
The portal is included with your Canuck inspection service. Your equipment is already maintained with us, and you get portal access to keep track of it all. Request a quote and we'll walk you through what applies to your portfolio.
Can I give access to more than one person?
Yes. You create one login per employee and choose which buildings each can see. A manager can view everything, while a site lead is limited to their own address.
Will my insurer and the fire prevention office accept the reports?
Every report and certificate comes from inspections done to the NFPA-10 standard and the applicable regulation. You download them as PDFs and pass them along as is.
